The inspiration for our River Collection of shibori silk scarves is the world’s great rivers—ancient meandering waterways, the lifeblood of humanity and civilizations since time immemorial.

The color palette for this collection consists of mesmerizing watery hues ranging from icy blue to deep indigo. Each of the silk scarves is inspired by the many moods and elements that affect a river: sunlight and moonbeams reflecting off the water’s surface, the icy blue, glacier-fed snowmelt that births most rivers, and glistening water surrounded by primordial canyon walls.
