- To cuddle up under one of our quilts is to truly experience being cocooned in a cloud.
- Each quilt is an heirloom quality, doubly crafted piece—the front and back are block printed, then the fabric is meticulously hand quilted for an exquisite masterpiece.
- Reversible and gorgeously hand printed on both sides, you get two stunning, unique looks with every quilt.
The Royal Mansour, a spectacular palace hotel in Marrakesh adorned in beautiful latticework, was commissioned by King Mohammed VI of Morocco. For this opulent palace there was no budget - only the royal edict to make it the embodiment of the very best of Moorish art, architecture and Moroccan living. It was handcrafted by 1,200 artisans using the finest stones, marbles, tiles, silks, feathers and cedar. A fairy tale palace... it is like something out of the Arabian Tales of 1001 Nights, wherein Scheherazade would have delighted in finding magical corners in which to tell her many tales to her spellbound Sultan every night.

Since our quilts are hand-stitched, we recommend dry cleaning them to ensure longevity. However, if they must be machine washed, then please do so with a mild, no bleach detergent. Use cold water and a delicate/gentle wash cycle. Dry on medium heat.
Each piece is handcrafted using intricately hand carved wooden blocks and is an original work of art distinguished by the work of the artisan, the particular lot of dye, and even varying weather conditions. Tonal variations are inherent to the block printing process and enhance the individuality, character and uniqueness of each creation.
