A customer from North Carolina saw our mention in the NY times earlier this year. Her family lives in nearby Novato, and she wanted to meet us in person on her next trip here.<\/p>\n

Now we are a “web only” business, with no physical store. But how can anyone say no to a request like this! So we welcomed her (and her daughter and grandson!) to our warehouse today afternoon.<\/p>\n

What a delight..<\/p>\n

Although running a web based business does have its benefits – low startup costs, flexibility, limited overhead etc. – nothing beats meeting your customers in person. Associating a face to a name, with the hope of it translating into a long term relationship, gives new meaning to the entire retailing experience. And we look forward to it!<\/p>\n

Going forward, we will actively encourage our customers to visit us at our warehouse.<\/p>\n

So if you are planning a trip up to Wine country (Sonoma or Napa valley), please be sure to send us a note<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n
