Today I decided to feature a testimonial from a customer living in my neck of the woods – Seattle. OK, so Mill Creek is a half hour drive from my home, but it is still my neck of the woods. 🙂
Shannon from Mill Creek, WA:
Dear Saffron Marigold, I did receive my order, thank you so much for following up. I absolutely love the shams, they are exactly what I wanted and better than I’d hoped for. I am so impressed with your company and your product – thank you again! I am very happy to share pictures of my new linens! I am so thrilled with them, and the customer service your company offers has completely blown me away. I chose the India Rose pattern after a lot of agony. So many beautiful colors and patterns to choose from, it literally took me days to decide. In the end, I decided (hoped) these would work best with my existing colors. Once they arrived – very quickly, I might add, especially considering they were out of stock at the time of my order – I was amazed. Not only are they very accurately portrayed in terms of color on your website, but beautifully packaged and of higher quality than I dared expect based on the price. I wanted some color, energy and beauty to update my formally stuffy, washed out bedroom, and these pillows were the jumping off point! These photos don’t represent the finished product, but I finally have a good idea of the direction I want to go. Thanks for the inspiration! I so appreciate the offer of a cushion cover! Morning Dew~ Elegant Cotton Yellow Blue French Throw Pillow Sham this will look amazing in my little reading corner, thank you! You have gained a loyal and very vocal customer for life. I love helping friends decorate, and it will be so fun to blow them away with your amazing products. All the best, Shannon
Delicate and feminine, India Rose will suffuse your room with a glow as is so evident in the photo below. The stunning tufted headboard only accentuates that “she” appeal along with a perfectly matched rose colored bedspread! Coordinating artwork and woodsy willow branches in the corner exemplify the femininity of Shannon’s room.
India Rose is inspired by the Palace of Winds (Hawa Mahal) in the city of Jaipur. The palace is painted a characteristic rose pink and adorned with honeycombed trellised sandstone windows that allow the breeze (hawa) to circulate through, keeping the palace deliciously cool in the hot summer months. India Rose attempts to capture the magical effect of the late evening sunrays as they bathe the palace in rosy golden light creating an radiant illusion from an enchanting, time kissed fairytale.
Shannon – thank you for sending in your picture. I’ll let you in on a secret – India Rose is perhaps my favorite Saffron Marigold print 🙂
