Mix and Match with Sultan’s Palace

Saffron Marigold - Updated: February 18, 2016

We’re stirring things up with Sultan’s Palace and pairing it with other Saffron Marigold linens. We love the bold Bohemian vibe, but it can take on so many different looks depending on which of its lovely colors you decide to highlight. Which do you love most?

  1. Hello. Nice fabrics. I am looking to recover a chair I have with a similar color but have no idea where to start looking for the fabric. It is a purple velvet similar to the solid color in the chair in this post. It is a bit less pink than this chair, but close. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you.

    • Sandy ~ Heidi has given you a few options on Facebook, but do check out your local fabric stores. I see that there is a JoAnn Fabrics in your neck of the woods, and from my past experience they have a variety of fabrics and I have always found what I want. Do give them a try. And then when you are all done, we would love to see a picture of the re-upholstered chair! 🙂 Best of luck.

  2. I like these combinations, but I’d like to mix it up even more. Maybe Sultan’s Palace, its duvet, India Rose, Vanilla Glace, and even touches (across the room?) of Morning Dew. I love combining your patterns and colors! I’m not so big on combining dark purple and darkish blue, though–they’re too close.

    • I’d love to be able to send pics of that combination–unfortunately, I don’t have a camera–and the combo came from my imagination, not from an actual room (although if you want to send me samples to set up a room, I’ll find a camera).
