A Spice Route tablecloth on a daybed

Saffron Marigold - Updated: June 17, 2014

We’re loving daybeds these days. Seems like more and more of our customers, are covering their daybeds with our linens. There was Elizabeth last week, and now Mala this week.

Thank you very much.  It is a beautiful print.  We love it.  Here is a picture of our daybed covered in it.  Thank you,

Mala Moorthy

Mala – I love your idea of using the tablecloth as a bedspread. You have really brought out the best in this print with the brick fireplace, the hardwood floors and the gorgeous curtains! And is that just a little bit of a tabla (Indian percussion drums) I see peeking out?

Also love how you have captured the sunlight streaming in!

Daybeds have become so popular recently and you can find versions everywhere. They are so versatile – you can use them as a couch during the day and as a bed at night. And its a guest magnet….if you have a daybed, your guests will somehow instinctively gravitate towards it. Trust me – I know.
